A collaborative work by photographer Sean Lotman and his son Tennbo. A growth diary in which they photograph each other with Polaroid cameras and exchange letters. The father’s gaze toward his son and the child’s perspective intertwine, and through Polaroid multiple exposures, the two figures gradually overlap.

A collection of present-day memories that bind together “those days.” The photographs are reproduced using transparent foil, sized to match Fujifilm Instax prints. The codex binding is accented with rainbow colors. The book includes an essay by Sean Lotman reflecting on fatherhood (English / Japanese), as well as a collection of Tennbo’s illustrations titled “Puking Rainbows.”
