The first photobook by photographer Keita Noguchi. Discovering the “quiet beauty” of grasses and flowers scattered all around us, Noguchi allows natural light to pass through glass and fixes the images onto film. The plants sometimes appear sharply defined, at other times softly blurred, creating a distinctive world that feels as though the flowers are floating in water.

The book’s construction resembles a “white box,” with its design reduced to the bare minimum. Using EN binding, the book opens a full 180 degrees, allowing readers to immerse themselves in photographs that capture faint, delicate light. All images are hand-printed and reproduced via offset printing. Includes explanatory texts in Japanese and English.
